Better IT Solutions, LLC was founded by Bob Thomas in 2001. Bob has over 25 years of IT experience managing technology for small to mid-size companies. Bob studied Mechanical Engineering Technology at Old Dominion University and has a varied background that includes building and supporting onboard networks for the US Navy’s submarine and aircraft carrier fleet.
